Very useful package for the understandings and practicing systema spetsnaz style. In my country, there are not many places to get systema lessons, so this is the perfect alternative to learn.

My favorite is the Combat Flow DVD, which really surprised me. I practice the exercises with a couple friends, and we really learned a lot from these DVDs.
