WOW! Mind blowing Self-Defense DVDs. I got full set, but I felt like I got much more!! A lot of Martial Arts systems would have released twice more DVDs with such amount of information. Each DVD is has a lot of details. It is not a standard DVD where you will see one technique over and over again. It has so many combat variations, including fighting in the gym, in a park, on the narrow street, in the office, you name it!

As far as Self-Defense, the Systema Spetsnaz training is the best in my opinion. You still have to practice to master it, but the system is so practical and explanations are easy to follow.

I am watching DVDs over and over again and every time I see something new, small details. The Systema Spetsnaz system is so effective!! You do not need to practice it years after years. You can feel and see the first results right away!
