No 30-year initiation, it's straight and to the point.
If you're a martial artist of ANY kind this practice will improve your coordination, blood flow and rooting.
If you're an internal martial artist (Bagua, Tai Chi, Xingyi etc.) this is an incredible warm up and conditioning workout.
Baguazhang people will dig it!
