This DVD is a great addition to DVD #3 - Elements and Exercises. The DVD consists of different wave movements in joints to make your strikes, punches and kicks more effective, to add additional internal power to your strike without physical strength.

Those wave motions are used like a whip to increase concentration of force at an impact point. The wave motion is the fundamental in Systema Spetsnaz, improving mobility and energy usage during combat.
The style reminds me of Shaolin, and other eastern martial arts which use body rotation and not raw strength.

Good to note, these wave patterns is used in knife combat, stick and sword fighting (axe, hammer, or the famous Russian shovel used by Spetsnaz and the infantry).
