Sometimes, I experience pain and stiffness in my joints, so I decided to give it a try. I love this self-development DVD. It's very easy to follow an instructor during all joint exercises. I believe that this DVD is also great for preventing joint pain. Definitely, it is worth watching and PRACTICING!!!! And for the combat - this is just an excellent tools to improve joint mobility and flexibility.
