If the DVD is unopened (in a sealant wrap), then you can return it within 15 days for a full refund (minus shipping cost). The buyer is responsible for the return DVD shipping cost.
If you received a wrong DVD or it that does not play, notify us within 15 days and we will be glad to send you a new DVD free of charge right away!
If you are not satisfied with a DVD, you may exchange it for another one of comparable value within 15 days from the shipping date for the USA/Canada orders and within 30 days from the shipping date for International orders. There are no exchanges or refunds for online streaming videos.
Please, note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost for the DVD to ship it back to us, unless it was our mistake.
