Return Policy
The DVD can only be returned if it is unopened (in a sealant wrap). For a full refund (minus the shipping cost), please return it within 15 days from the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you received a wrong DVD or it does not play, notify us within 5 days and we will be glad to send you a new DVD free of charge right away!
If you are not satisfied with a DVD, you may exchange it for another one of comparable value within 15 days from the shipping date for USA/Canada orders and within 30 days from the shipping date for International orders.
There are no exchanges or refunds for online streaming videos. Once we email you access to a DVD (link and password), the purchase is not refundable. If you have any difficulties playing a video, contact us and we will be happy to help! When you order an online version of a DVD, you receive unlimited lifetime access within 48 hours after your purchase is complete. You cannot download a video, but you can stream it online as many times as you want from any device (cellphone, PC, laptop, tablet). You only need the internet!
