Training and terms of use of DVDs

All training materials were produced for demonstration of the Systema Spetsnaz style. Please, consult with your doctor whether or not you can take any physical and/or self-defense training. All materials must be used under your personal responsibility. We highly recommend to focus on your safety while performing any type of martial arts training. Traing DVDs, audio files and online streaming videos contain techniques that can cause physical injury. Individuals involved in the production of this program and those demonstrating their skills assume no responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from the execution techniques and exercises presented in this video.
