Find a quiet place, where no one can disturb you, turn on the lesson and follow the instructions. Great way to relax your body and your mind. I felt rejuvenated and refreshed. You can easily relax your body, but it's a challenge to relax a mind and constant thoughts. If you follow an instructor's voice, then you can achieve it. Great stuff. Recommend!
