The DVD title got my attention. Years of experience in Martial Arts taught me that physical strength if only one elements of delivering a good strike. This DVD is teaches vital elements of creating powerful strikes, punches and kicks that a lot of other combat school are not mentioning. How to form a strike, how to generate that penetrating power to take-down you opponent. The wave motion concept is simple, but highly effective!!! Absolutely love this DVD! And great for joint mobility.
