Similar methods are used to develop the warrior spirit. How to defeat the enemy with my mind is something that I like to practice. I believe it is a way of using several elements: body language, voice, eyesight and energy to control the subconsciousness of your opponent. Systema by Mikhail Ryabko also uses that technique. But, in my opinion, Vadim Starov describes it much better in this DVD.
