The principle of unbalancing the opponent by moving in 3 planes is mind blowing. Similar idea of shoulder and hip throws exist in Judo. The biggest difference with Systema is that we use it on an opponent's wrist, arm, torso, hips, legs etc, then combine them in one application and create an effective take down technique.
