When you are completely relaxed, you have almost overcome your opponent already, because most people do not know how to deal with their emotions during a fight. This Spetsnaz training DVD also contains safe falling techniques, and it is really important if you want to learn any martial arts. You will practice safe falling skills and also develop flexible joints. The DVD description is pretty accurate. And..
